We will send you a detailed ticket income/hire charges statement within 2 weeks of your show plus, if applicable, our cheque for the balance due to you.

Refunds

The Festivals Box Office make no refunds to purchasers. All such enquiries are referred to the hirer.

Cancellations:

Any cancelled performances will incur the full cancellation charge stated on your contract.
